Places to Meet

The Gerard H. Van Hoof Memorial building is located behind the Windmill at 625 Grand Ave. 

The building has multiple meeting rooms to meet all needs! Large events to small meetings and everything in between. Mobile touch screen TV, laptops, wifi hotspots, projectors, projector screens, white boards, DVD players, Bluetooth speakers, and more are available for checkout in the library.  Alcohol permits are available for five dollars.

The building is divided into two parts. The Civic Center and the Library. 

Civic Center

North Room with Full Kitchen

Occupancy: 150

Rental Fee: $100 for Little Chute residents, $200 for non-residents, Free for Little Chute non-profit organizations

This space was created with small business owners in mind! There is a desktop computer, printer, smart TV, coffee pot, small refrigerator. Conduct your growing small business in this space. 

Library

Lounge

Occupancy:  Approximately 10

FREE

Settle into the lounge with your friends. Meet for book clubs, craft groups, etc. Open public space. Food allowed, free coffee. 

Meeting Room

Occupancy: 8

Small meeting room with door for privacy. Food allowed, coffee encouraged:-)

General Library Space

Occupancy: Small groups

FREE

Our library is set up and organized like a bookstore. Groups are welcome to sit anywhere you’re comfortable. We allow food and drinks in our library. There is free-flowing coffee. We are also family-friendly! You won’t be shushed. There are always guests and staff chatting, children playing, and background music. The children’s area can be seen from many of the seating areas and older children can play independently.
