Finding Hope Grief Circle
Finding Hope Grief Circle is a safe and supportive space to walk and witness with other grievers through times of loss.
Each Circle is a blend of grief education, sharing and witness, supportive presence, compassion, and ritual.
Together Finding Hope Circle participants create an environment of welcome, acceptance, confidentiality, and respect for each griever’s individual and unique journey.
Finding Hope Circle focuses on the importance of grief education and how knowledge of grief, mourning, and restorative self-care empowers individuals to effectively use healthy coping strategies to manage significant life changing losses along with the everyday cycle of loss.
This opportunity is open to the community, free of charge, and attendance is at your convenience.
